We're continuously adding inventory to our online shop. If you're looking for a specific piece you saw in-store or on social media, please contact us and we'll check availability.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only, at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location — standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.
Yes! For customers within a 10-mile radius of our Columbus location, we offer complimentary local delivery when possible. Please call us at 614-488-6400 for details and to coordinate delivery timing.
Yes! We offer both in-store pickup and curbside pickup at no additional charge. Select this option at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please email us at shopleal@lealboutique.com and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please read our entire policy here for additional information.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are deducted from your refund, as the customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items marked with a sale price are considered final sale and will be clearly labeled in store.
No. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
We take great care in packaging each order, but if something arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shopleal@lealboutique.com. We'll make it right.

During your appointment, we'll work with you one-on-one to understand your style, needs, and preferences. You'll have the opportunity to shop our curated collections, try on pieces, and receive personalized styling recommendations. It's a relaxed, enjoyable experience tailored entirely to you.

Trunk Shows & Events
A trunk show is an exclusive event where a designer brings their collection to our boutique for a limited time. It's an opportunity to preview upcoming styles, place custom orders, and often meet the designer in person.
Visit our Events page to see all upcoming trunk shows and special events. You can also sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop.
It depends on the event. Some trunk shows require appointments, while others encourage appointments or welcome walk-ins. Event details will specify whether appointments are needed.
Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The designer will work with you to finalize measurements, fabric, and design details, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
