At Leal Boutique, we stand behind the quality of our curated designer collections. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether shopping online or in our boutique.
ONLINE RETURNS
We happily accept returns of regular-price merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging intact.
How to Return:
- Email us at shopleal@lealboutique.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label if approved
- Ship your items back within 7 days using the provided label
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the item cost to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Sale merchandise and custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund
- Leal is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements
IN-STORE RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
For your convenience, online purchases may be returned at our boutique within 7 days of delivery. Simply bring your items with the original invoice and packaging. By visiting us in person, you'll avoid return shipping costs while experiencing our personalized service.
We will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
IN-STORE RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase with original invoice, tags, and packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Sale merchandise and custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
