ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing of all online orders and in-store pickups. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with tracking information or pickup confirmation.
If you need your order expedited, please contact us prior to placing your order at 614-488-6400.
Please Note: Orders with different shipping and billing addresses, or orders requiring additional verification, may take longer to process.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
We ship via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination zip code. These rates are provided directly by our shipping carrier and cannot be adjusted.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at shopleal@lealboutique.com.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
IN-STORE PICKUP (Complimentary)
Enjoy complimentary in-store pickup at our Upper Arlington location. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Details:
- Signature required upon pickup
- Please bring your order confirmation email and valid ID
- Available during store hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm, Sat 11am-5pm

SAME-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY (Complimentary)
We offer complimentary same-day delivery for orders within 10 miles of our Upper Arlington location, with some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Requirements:
- Order must be placed and authorized by 12PM EST, Monday-Friday
- Holidays excluded
- We will contact you to confirm delivery details prior to dispatch
- Orders may require an adult signature (21+) for high-value items
- Delivery address cannot be changed once the order is shipped

DELIVERY & PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order is shipped from our store, Leal Boutique is no longer responsible for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We carefully inspect each item before shipping and package merchandise securely to ensure safe delivery.
If your package is missing, lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim using your tracking number. We are unable to accept claims for packages once they have left our store.
ITEM AVAILABILITY & SPECIAL ORDERS
We make every effort to ensure all products listed are available for purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternative options or discuss placing a special order with the designer.
Special Orders:
Delivery timeframes for special order pieces are provided by the designer and will be communicated to you upon request. We cannot provide a confirmed delivery date until we receive the items from the brand.
GIFT SERVICES
We offer complimentary gift wrapping for your purchase! Please email your gift wrapping request to shopleal@lealboutique.com when placing your order.

Leal Boutique accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged when your order ships.
Shop Pay:
Pay in full with one-step checkout or select financing options. Shop Pay helps our community plant trees at no extra cost.
Affirm:
Buy now, pay later with financing options. Get a real-time decision and pay over time. Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility and provided by lending partners listed at affirm.com/lenders.
